* Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the books received by the buyer are in broken condition. Only such broken / damaged books will be considered for return and exchange thereafter.

* Buyer has to inform www.majesticonthenet.com of his OR her intention to exchange the broken / damaged books within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his OR her shipping address.

* Such broken / damaged books should be sent only after written email consent from www.majesticonthenet.com to send back the book.

* All exchanges will be made after we receive the returned shipment of broken / damaged books. This is to confirm that you really received broken / damaged books.

* Only those books/productss will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.

* Majestic retains the rights to examine whether the books/products returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Majestic will either reship/replace/refund the Books to the customer.

* In the event that a books/products is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or books/Products information, Majestic may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Majestic will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).
